Our Solution

Our testing team collaborated with the client’s Business Analysts for a comprehensive system understanding which involved a rigorous three-month process of discussions.

We did extensive performance testing, identified related issues and proposed appropriate solutions to the client to address system slowness. We also recommended improvements to the codebase and the restructuring of the server architecture to enhance system speed.

We introduced a scheduling algorithm that meticulously tracked data synchronization. The previous lack of synchronization logs was addressed, enabling seamless resumption of synchronization from where it was interrupted and improving overall system efficiency.
